Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by emailing arbitration-optout@peaklevelmarketing.com.

By using the Service, you consent to receive notices and disclosures electronically (by email or site postings). These satisfy legal requirements that communications be in writing.
